- Recruitment Procedures:
STAR 5 agrees to use its best efforts to find suitable candidates for the enclosed named position(s) as per the Requisition Form.
STAR 5’s goal is to save valuable Client time, assist in successful hiring processes, and provide Client access to top candidates.
STAR 5’s work normally includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Initial needs assessment with Client to formulate criteria for candidate selection, corporate background and position, salary, and location specifics.
- Identification of potential candidates through resume database review, networking calls, head hunting from direct and indirect competitors, direct mailing, advertising and leads, e-commerce and web sites job postings.
- Candidate screening through resume reviews and direct telephone and in person interviews.
- Referral of screened and interviewed candidate resumes to Client via e-mail or fax.
- Coordination of candidate interviews with Client, both telephone and in person.
- Verification of candidate references, when requested by Client.
- Assistance with the coordination and acceptance of job offers.
- Guarantees its Client's full confidentially of data and information entrusted with us.
- General Conditions:
Recruitment Fee on Client Behalf will be terminated, if the placement exceeded 5 employees.
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party without cause upon
written notice. However, this agreement will continue to be binding beyond termination
if a referred candidate supplied by STAR 5 is subsequently hired within one (1)
year of the date of termination.
Recruitment Fees and Payment Plans
STAR 5 takes no application form fees from candidates or applicants.
Client understands that STAR 5 incurs recruiting expenses on a risk based contingency basis and will be remunerated through payment of a recruitment fee upon successful hire of a referred candidate.
Client agrees that the STAR 5’s placement fees are equal to:
- Outside Lebanon: One month full BASIC salary paid as 50 -50% bases
(Client & Candidate).
- In Lebanon: 50% of first month BASIC salary. (Candidate or Client behalf)
Fees are due the effective day of hire and are payable within 30 calendar
days from the employee’s starting date.
Performance Warranty
Star 5 will provide replacement for candidates who resign or their services are terminated by the company within the probation period of THREE months at no additional costs
Finally, we favor long-term success over a moment of victory. That’s why our clients’ satisfaction and loyalty is our main objective. Finding and placing a candidate is not our concern; finding and placing the RIGHT candidate is our concern.
